Privacy Policy
Regent Bridge Education ("we", "us") is an international student recruitment and admissions consultancy based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, application or tutoring booking through this site, we collect the details you type into the form. Depending on the form this can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your country of residence and nationality
- Your date of birth and gender (application form only)
- Your education history, English language level and intended course, level, destination and intake
- Anything you write in a message field, and how you heard about us
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and advise you — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- To prepare and submit university, college or language-school applications on your behalf — performance of a contract with you, and with your explicit agreement given on the application form.
- To arrange tutoring sessions you book — performance of a contract.
- To keep records of the students we support — our legitimate interest in running the service, and to meet any obligations to sponsors or institutions you ask us to work with.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- Universities, colleges, pathway providers and language schools you ask us to apply to, and only the information needed for that application.
- Sponsors such as a government scholarship body or embassy, where you have told us they are funding your studies and asked us to liaise with them.
- Service providers that run the website: Cloudflare (hosting) and Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our inbox). Both act as our processors and only handle data on our instructions.
- Google Workspace / Gmail, where enquiries are received and stored.
We do not sell personal information. Where information is transferred outside the UK — for example to a university in Australia you are applying to — it is transferred because you have asked us to make that application.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an application are deleted after 12 months. Records for students we place are kept for 6 years after the end of the service, to deal with any later queries from you, the institution or a sponsor. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email admin@regentbridgeeducation.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is a note that you closed the intake countdown bar, which is cleared when you close the tab. It does not identify you and is not shared with anyone. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested.
