These terms govern your use of regentbridgeeducation.com and the services described on it. By using the site or asking us to help with an application, you agree to them.
Our service
Regent Bridge Education provides advice and application support to students seeking places at universities, colleges and language schools in the United Kingdom and other countries, and arranges online tutoring. Our admissions support is free to students. We may receive a commission from an institution when a student we introduce enrols; this does not affect the fees you pay the institution or the advice we give you.
No guarantee of admission or visa
Admission decisions are made by institutions, and visa decisions by governments. We will prepare and present your application as strongly as we can, but we cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship, a visa or a particular outcome, and we are not responsible for decisions made by third parties.
Your responsibilities
- Information you give us must be accurate and complete. Applications built on false documents or statements will be withdrawn, and institutions may share such cases with the UK Home Office.
- You are responsible for meeting deadlines we tell you about, and for paying any institution or government fees yourself unless a sponsor has agreed to.
- You are responsible for checking the entry requirements, fees and start dates of any course with the institution before you accept an offer.
Programme information on this site
The programme search lists courses, fees and entry requirements drawn from institutions and public sources. This information changes frequently and is provided for guidance only; the institution's own published details are always the ones that apply. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of programme information shown on this site.
Tutoring
Tutoring sessions are booked through the tutoring page and confirmed by email. Prices shown are per hour and may change. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged. Tutoring is academic support; it is not a substitute for the assessment requirements of your institution, and we do not complete assessed work on your behalf.
Website content
The text, design and images on this site belong to Regent Bridge Education or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal use but may not copy them for commercial purposes. University names and logos belong to their respective institutions and their use here does not imply endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you for any matter arising from our free admissions service is limited to £100, and for tutoring to the fees paid for the session in question.

Governing law
